After a decade of construction management on real estate investment projects, Brian Zwick began to take on high-end residential construction projects, focusing on large scale remodeling and home addition construction.
We take pride in each of our projects as though it were our own home, paying close attention to details and making sure we are delivering the best quality product possible.
We are meticulous about every part of the project, from mechanicals to the millwork.
We enjoy getting to know our clients and delivering a home that they can be proud of and is built to last.

Brian Zwick
Principal
Brian Zwick founded Zwick Homes with the intention of providing high-end residential construction management services.
He is passionate about quality construction, detailed craftsmanship and unique details that make the client's home a reflection of their family and lifestyle.
He is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Business Management.
Mackenzie Zwick
Interior Designer
Mackenzie Zwick is our resident designer.
While she has run her own design business, Mackenzie Page Interiors since 2016, she and Brian frequently team up to work on projects together.
A husband and wife team is rare in the construction business, but we love how our individual strengths play off of one another to produce really beautiful results!
